complete! We are already using a 2nd vendor for other home repairs. I
now know that the vendors they list are reputable, fair, and do high quality work.

When our Dad had a stroke recently, he was
hospitalized at Presbyterian Dallas for a
week before they were ready to move him to a
rehab facility in east Garland. It was hard
enough keeping up with my family and my Dad,
and the thought of such a long drive every
day was stressing me out. Then a friend told
me we could choose where he had rehab, and
referred us to asofterplace.com. We found a
great place, much closer to home, and when
he was released to home health care for
therapy, we were able to choose the best one
for him. We found the doctors he needed in
no time at all. I have also found a carpet
cleaner, a tile company, and a painter for
my own home, and have been very pleased with
their work. Love this website!

I wanted everything to be nice for my
sister’s upcoming visit to Dallas, and
although I had very short notice, I decided
to have both my bath tubs refinished before
she arrived. I searched on line and finally
found someone who could do it right away. He
seemed a very responsible person, and
offered a “Lifetime Warranty” on his work. I
was a little uncomfortable when he insisted
on payment in cash, but I was desperate to
get the work done in time. The bathtubs
looked great for about three weeks, and then
the finish began to peel off. My repeated
attempts to contact this person and his
company have gone unanswered. I am out $400
and my tubs look even worse than before. I
sure wish I had known about asofterplace.com
before I got into this mess.
