THE INSPIRATION FOR A SOFTER PLACE
Finding reliable help when you're in a
stressful situation has always been a
challenge, and when you're dealing with the
safety and well-being of a loved one, it can
be downright scary. This was brought home to
us recently, when an elderly and beloved
family member in So. Texas, who we
subsequently learned was in the late stages
of PSP, needed to be brought closer to
family in Dallas.
We knew nothing about
Senior Care in the Dallas area, and we
struggled to find suitable accommodations.
Internet search was frustrating and
fragmented. There was no assurance anything
we did find was reputable, and there was no
time for research. This was not something we
had contemplated before the need arose, and
by that time it was too late. It was a
serious wake-up call. If it had happened to
us, similar situations must surely be
devastating many other families in the area.
We decided then and there to do something
about it.
Going behind the glossy
magazine and fancy website advertising, we
carefully identified local, top-rated senior
care facilities and services, businesses,
and professionals who take pride in what
they do, and who can be relied upon to give
outstanding service in any situation. Now
they can all be found quickly and easily on
one, easy to use website.
